3 on 6™ is an approach to dental implant care that is specifically designed to replace a full arch of missing teeth. In contrast to the All-on-4 treatment, 3 on 6 allows us to preserve all existing bone to provide an FP1 style bridge, eliminating the bulky fake pink part of the All-on-4 bridge. It involves the use of six dental implants, which work in pairs to support three custom bridges. When the bridges are placed next to each other, they look as if they are all one piece, so you get to enjoy outstanding stability and remarkable aesthetics.

The 3 on 6™ Process

The 3 on 6™ process can vary from patient to patient, depending on the unique needs of each individual. Here is an overview of how it usually works:

During the initial consultation, our team will thoroughly examine your mouth and use our CBCT scanner to get an overview of your jawbone. If you are currently a candidate for 3 on 6™, we will get to work on planning the next stage of your treatment. However, there is also the possibility that you will require some preliminary procedures before you can move forward with 3 on 6™.
During your dental implant surgery, our team will place six dental implants into your jawbone at pre-planned locations. We want you to be comfortable, so we may use both local anesthesia and sedation during your procedure. On the same day as your dental implant surgery, we also custom design and 3D print the temporary so that patients leave with fixed natural teeth the same day. The temporary also allows the gums to heal and have a natural contour.
After you heal from the surgery, you can receive your Three beautiful bridges will be attached to your dental implants in order to replace your full arch of missing teeth. Then, you can truly begin to enjoy the benefits of your new smile!
